Shipping

Original artwork is professionally packaged using archival-quality materials designed to protect artwork during transit.

Orders are generally shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Fine art prints are produced and fulfilled by our professional print partner and may require additional production time before shipment.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to the size and nature of the artwork and are displayed during checkout.

Large original works may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Artist's Kingdom Studio within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the shipping box

  • Photographs of all packaging materials

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Because original artwork and made-to-order fine art prints are unique or custom-produced:

  • All original artwork sales are final.

  • Fine art prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Commission deposits are non-refundable in accordance with the signed Commission Agreement.

If an order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains an error attributable to Artist's Kingdom Studio or our fulfillment partners, we will work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution.
