Intellectual Property
All artwork, paintings, prints, photographs, text, graphics, logos, website design, and other content displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Artist's Kingdom Studio unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of artwork conveys ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain exclusively with Artist's Kingdom Studio.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, modified, published, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Product Representation
Every effort is made to accurately represent colors and details. Due to differences in monitors, screens, printers, and lighting conditions, actual colors may vary slightly.
Original paintings are unique works of art and may contain natural variations in texture and finish.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may be modified at any time without notice.
Artist's Kingdom Studio reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies and to cancel any affected orders. If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Artist's Kingdom Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Commissions
Commission artwork is governed by the separate Commission Agreement executed prior to acceptance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist's Kingdom Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
